Can be quite unconcerned regarding other people's views and opinions and is not easily managed or directed; likes to do his own thing, regardless of team spirit or culture.

Finds a balance between taking responsibilities and allowing others to take charge. Is able to delegate or pass on tasks but is unlikely to do so without having a good reason.
